Parent & Me

18 Mo - 2yrs

Our Parent & Me gymnastics program is for children ages 18 months through 3 years old.  This 45 minute class focuses on the development of fine and gross motor skills, playground readiness, social interaction, as well as gymnastics skills. This is a great bonding experience for you and your little one!  Parents will assist their child on our specially designed gymnastics equipment that is "just my size."  Allowing smaller hands and bodies to do gymnastics “just like the big kids.” Weekly circuits and stations assure that these active children are being challenged and stay in constant motion. Our trampolines, tumble track, and giant foam pit will have your little one jumping' for joy!  This class is held Saturday mornings and is a "drop in" class.  There is no commitment involved, however it is first come first serve so please arrive early as spots fill up fast.

Pre School

Ages 3-4yrs

Our preschool-aged gymnastics program is for children ages 3 through Kindergarten.  This 55 minute class focuses on the development of fine and gross motor skills, playground readiness, social interaction, as well as gymnastics skills. Our specially designed gymnastics equipment is "just my size."  Allowing smaller hands and bodies to do gymnastics “just like the big kids.” Weekly circuits and stations assure that these active children are being challenged and stay in constant motion. Our trampolines, tumble track, and giant foam pit will have your little one jumping' for joy!

Interaction

Students learn to wait in line, take turns, share with others, and take direction.  Helping them be more successful in school.

Playground Readiness

Develop strength and agility with us.  Your child will build the confidence necessary to safely navigate the playground.  

Girls

Gymnastics

Ages 5-14yrs

Our Girls Gymnastics students, kindergarten and above, are placed into class based on skill and age. Athletes practice on the four olympic apparatus: floor exercise, balance beam, uneven bars, and vault. These 55 minute classes are perfect for girls who want to try gymnastics for the first time or the more advanced athletes who are looking to take their skills to the next level. Stick It's progressive curriculum system (Star Achievement) is taught on a continuum, allowing students to move at their own pace, advancing on the events on which they are ready. Continuous evaluations are low stress and allow the coaches to track the athletes’ progress. Advancement to the next class is achieved when all 3 ribbons are earned and a trophy is presented to the athlete.

Stretching can help prevent injuries, aches and pains, and balance problems.  Also improves posture

Gymnastics uses almost exclusively body weight exercises to build upper body, lower body, and core strength.

Children who participate in physical activity like gymnastics are likely to have better self-esteem and self-efficacy.

Trampoline

Classes

Ages 5-14yrs

Our most popular classes are the Trampoline Classes at Stick It.  Who doesn't love the trampoline? Our trampolines are not like ones you find at trampoline parks, these are olympic style trampolines, and we have 4 of them!  Girls and boys who prefer not to do traditional gymnastics events love this 55 minute specialty class!  Our athletes learn how to properly use the trampolines in the safest way possible.  Instructors guide the athletes through a series of skills and combinations to ensure proper technique and progression. Stick It's progressive curriculum system (Star Acheivement) is taught on a continuum, allowing students to move at their own pace, advancing when they are ready.  Continuous evaluations are low stress and allow the coaches to track the athletes’ progress.  Advancement to the next class is achieved when all 3 ribbons are earned and a trophy is presented to the athlete.

Jumping on a trampoline increases a child's heart rate and gives their heart a great workout.

Trampoline workouts are great for strengthening the  joints, ligaments, as well as core muscles

Tumbling 

Classes

Ages 5-17yrs

For those who prefer just to tumble and not go the traditional gymnastics route - working on the bars, beam, and vault.  This 55 minute tumbling only class is just for you!  These co-ed tumbling classes are a hit with cheerleaders, dancers, and anyone who wants to take their tumbling skills to the next level.  Stick It's progressive curriculum system (Star Acheivement) is taught on a continuum, allowing students to move at their own pace, advancing when they are ready. Continuous evaluations are low stress and allow the coaches to track the athletes’ progress.  Advancement to the next class is achieved when all 3 ribbons are earned and a trophy is presented to the athlete.

Spacial Awareness

There is no better activity than tumbling to train spatial awareness, a critical skill in all sports.  Spatial awareness has been linked to enhanced cognitive development.

Learn it Safely

Our 100ft rod floor and 60ft tumble track allow our athlete's to learn skills quickly on safe and soft surfaces.  Our various foam shapes help students master more advanced skills.

Increase Agility

Training in gymnastics and tumbling leads to a more well-rounded athlete, and those with a background in gymnastics naturally excel in other sports.
